LOCATION: The perfect base to explore the beauty of Cornwall. Situated 1 mile from A30 trunk road which runs through the spine of Cornwall, giving easy access to the beautiful City of Truro, fantastic beaches of Perranporth and Newquay, the wonders of the Eden Project, the splendour of the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the perfect sailing waters of Falmouth. SITE: The caravan site is located within two small lawned and level paddocks, surrounded by trees and hedging and is part of the 6 acre home of the owner. Dogs welcomed if kept on a lead and all mess cleared by members. FACILITIES: There are basic facilities, they include a drinking water supply, toilet disposal point and refuse collection. Home grown produce available to purchase depending on the season. LOCAL AMENITIES: Olde Worlde Pub and Restaurant in the Village (3/4 mile). DIRECTIONS: Westbound on A30, ignore signpost to Mitchell; continue 1 mile further to Carland Cross Roundabout (windfarm located to the right). Take the first turning off the Roundabout (signposted Ladock). After 1 mile turn right at junction(signposted Ladock), the site is situated 40 yds on the right hand side. | |||
